Main Branch Library_2018 Feedback Sessions.png

The Kansas City, Kansas Public Library will be hosting three community feedback sessions to allow community members to share their thoughts on the future of the Main Library.  These sessions will be held at 1:00 PM on April 28, 6:00 PM on May 7, and 11:00 AM on May 16 at the Main Library at 625 Minnesota Avenue.

The current Main Library building was opened in 1966 and has been operating for more than 50 years.  In that time, the community we serve has grown and changed.  As we consider the next step for the Main Library, we would like to gain insight from our community into what they want and need.  These feedback sessions will allow planning for the future of the library to best meet those needs.

If community members are unable to attend any of the three sessions, feedback can be given through a short survey available at www.kckpl.org/main-project. A history of the Main Library is also available through that link.
