Unified Government Announces "kNow LEAD KCK" Program

The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, KS is excited to announce that the Lead Hazard Control grant, originally awarded in late summer of 2017, is now ready to assist KCK families! This three-year program is a valuable resource to fill the void and address lead poisoning in our community which is vital for the well-being of our families.

Qualifications include:

  • Homeowner of a single-family house in Kansas City, Kansas
  • Home built prior to 1978
  • Kids under 6 that reside or spend six hours or more a week in the home
  • Pregnant
