Learn to Earn Partners with ThrYve
This year Learn to Earn is partnering with ThrYve. The Learn to Earn Program (LTE), administered by the Historic Northeast Midtown Association, provides a means for young people in the northeast and east-midtown areas of Kansas City, Kansas, ages 12 to 16, to receive workforce development training and career preparation. Participants gain “real-world” workplace experience thru placement at various businesses in Kansas City. At the conclusion of the program, participants receive a modest stipend for their time.
ThrYve provides opportunities and supports for youth that help them achieve their goals and reach their highest potential. ThrYve students will also be involved with additional activities including field trips, tutoring, family recreational activities, college visits, and more.
