The Kansas Policy Network
The Kansas Policy Network will spur new knowledge and partners for your winter endeavors. After a very busy election year, Troy Findley, former Lt. Governor and Principal at the Summit Strategies Group begins this meeting with remarks about the impact of 2016 local, state and federal elections on the revitalization of KCK. Given feedback from September participants, Dennis "Tib” Laughlin, UG Stimulus Implementation Director, will continue our blight focus with updates on What Works Cities, the Blight Index and using GIS capabilities to assist blight reduction and community engagement.
Finally, members will enjoy lunch and the ever-popular roundtable on what's happening. Lunch is available at 11:45. Please register to ensure a luncheon plate! We hope that you will join us.
