Newsletter Feature for May 31, 2017Good day. Downtown Shareholders, Kansas City, Kansas hopes the Memorial Day weekend was meaningful for you and yours.I will be brief this time as opportunities abound the next few weeks. Of particular note:

Community Health Listening Sessions want to hear, literally, from you. See our Community Calendar for days, times, and locations. The Latino Art Festival and Parade is this Saturday, June 3, in Downtown Kansas City Kansas. The parade begins at noon featuring some 40 lowrider vehicles. The Festival begins around 1 pm in the 700 block of Minnesota Avenue. Food, lowriders, art, and great information will be available. As of now, the festival will occur rain or shine. A hopping contest is scheduled, barring rain, around 5:30 PM.

Summer is here with lots to do as health matters, a festival, and jobs provide a wide array of opportunities. You need to be here. This is the place to be.
