Project Eagle Community Tour
Project Eagle is a major division of the Department of Pediatrics, within the School of Medicine, at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Project Eagle manages multiple home-based and center-based early childhood education and comprehensive family support programs in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
Project Eagle's mission is to nurture the healthy growth and development of the community's most vulnerable young children and families by providing a foundation for school readiness and strengthening family engagement.
The staff of Project Eagle have been partnering with families to improve the outcomes for those children most at risk for academic failure since 1989. Project Eagle has expanded its program, services, staff, and budget to serve over 1,000 children and families annually.
