Shift Your Reality: How to Stop Walking on Eggshells and Fully Show Up in Your Own Life
Dr. Heather Clark, PharmD, is an intuitive coach, speaker, author, certified functional medicine specialist, and creator of The Burnout Cure. After her own recovery from severe burnout, she has helped many others recover quickly, safely, and permanently. Dr. Clark awakened to her purpose when she realized that the root cause of burnout isn't 'just' stress--it is the stress of being someone you aren't. Dr. Clark was a National Merit Scholar, earned her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Iowa in 1997, was adjunct faculty at University of Missouri Kansas City, and has practiced in a variety of settings including community, long term care, consulting, and hospital clinical pharmacy. Clarity is her superpower; she helps creative, caring professionals shift their reality and powerfully create their desires. Overview: Are you walking on eggshells in your own life? That can happen to the best of us! Even the most successful people sometimes feel like they need to be overly careful in dealing with certain people or situations to avoid offending others or creating problems. This can lead to feeling trapped and/or hiding in your own life.
Join us for this 90 minute workshop and learn how to gently disrupt your status quo, release old patterns, and powerfully step into the life you desire. We'll be discussing the power of perception, and exploring tools you can use to shift your reality to empower yourself to transform and fully show up in your life.
