Summer 2017 BPU Kids Coloring Contest Winners

The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is announcing the winners of the latest Kids Coloring Contest. Congratulations to Hannah L. (Age 5), Finley B. (Age 8), and Lacey B. (Age 10) for their winning entries which can be viewed online at All winners have been presented with a $25.00 gift card to use at Walmart stores. The next coloring contest opportunity is currently taking entries until December 1, 2017. The contest is open to children living in Wyandotte County, Kansas ages 12 and under. Kids are invited to share their talents using any medium including crayons, colored pencils, markers and paint. A gift card valued at $25.00 will be awarded to one winner in each age group: 5 and under, 6 to 9, and 10 to 12. The winning entries will be featured on social media, the website, and the BPU community newsletter. Contest entries must be received or postmarked by December 1, 2017.
