Lawson Roberts Butterfly Festival

Join our friends from the Schlagle Library in their 11th year of wonderful family programming. Grab a net a hunt for butterflies! This year, you can help tag Monarch butterflies before they're sent off on their journey to Mexico. Get your face painted like a butterfly, try your luck in the Monarch Migration Challenge game, and explore your creative side with several fun crafts. The first 100 guests at the event will be able to take home a Common Milkweed seed ball to help start your own butterfly garden.

Slovenfest 2016

Holy Mass begins at 4:00 PM. Festivities will commence at 5:00PM. Featuring a traditional Slovenian dinner, silent auction, mega money raffle, children & adult games, cultural booth, and souvenirs. Special musical performances by The Brian McCarty Band & Hrvatski Obicaj.
