HNMA 2018 Learn to Earn and KCK Connect Mural Program

The Learn to Earn after school program (LTE), administered by the Historic Northeast Midtown Association, Inc., provides a means for young people in the northeast and east-midtown areas of Kansas City, Kansas, ages 12 to 16, to participate in STEAM and workforce training.
